Please keep in mind that not every piece of furniture is the same, so there might be variations between batches. Also, changing your order may delay your delivery and could alter the price you’ve been quoted. Please note that changes to your order can only be made prior to delivery.

Orders can be cancelled as long as they haven't already been shipped. To cancel, please contact our Customer Care team. In some cases, there may be a restocking fee or delivery fee if the order is canceled after it has already been picked up for delivery.

The photos on the site are as accurate as possible. However, the actual color of your order may vary slightly due to different monitor settings. Please contact our Customer Care team with any questions.

All of our customers can purchase our furniture using Cash, Credit, Debit, or Bank Transfer.

It’s extremely rare for this to happen and, as such, this is dealt with on an individual basis. A member of our Customer Services team will contact you directly and make arrangements to refund your payment as quickly as possible.

Our drivers usually call 20-30 minutes before delivery to ensure someone is available to receive your delivery. Should you not be home when our delivery team arrives, we are happy to allow a 30-minute grace period for you to arrive at your home. If for any reason you will be later than 30 minutes, our delivery team will move on to their next scheduled delivery for the day and your delivery will have to be rescheduled for a later date and a redelivery charge will assessed to you - even if the delivery fee was waived at the time of purchase.

If there are item(s) missing from your delivery order, contact our customer service team right away to resolve the issue. Very rarely does this happen, but there is always a reason why.

In the case that furniture is damaged during delivery, it is imperative that you contact our customer service before the drivers leave your home. Depending on circumstances, your order will either be replaced or repaired.

f you change your mind about an item, no problem – we make returns easy. You can return most products within 7 days of delivery by simply calling or emailing our Customer Care team. Your refund will exclude delivery fees and a restocking fee and can only be made if the merchandise is in "as-new" condition. If your purchase included free delivery, the original outbound delivery cost will be deducted from your refund.

At Ergothrone, we understand the need to have your furniture in good condition once it is set up in your home. We provide a free one-year in house warranty that is limited to manufacturer's defects ONLY, and these defects are repaired in your home by a trained service technician - Manufacturer warranty does not include exchanges of the merchandise; the defects are repaired. If parts are needed, they may take 4-6 weeks to arrive. In order to place a service order, or for questions about our in-house warranty, you may call the customer service dept. at +39.02.947.58.547. In order to move forward with the service order, customer service will require pictures of the defect as well as the tag/label from behind or beneath the merchandise. To file an initial claim, within 1 year of your original purchase date, contact our customer service team a with your invoice # and/or purchaser's name and phone number as well as the required photos. You will receive a response within 48 hours.

To change your account information, log on to your Furniture.ca account and make any necessary changes to your address, e-mail, phone number, password or payment options. Please note that these changes will not apply to any orders that have already been placed. To change that information for an existing order, please contact our Customer Care team.
